What I Love About My Job

Last week we built a custom order king size mattress for one of our customers. He called in saying that the issue he was facing was that he wanted a mattress that felt like sleeping on concrete while his wife wanted a mattress that felt like sleeping on a cloud. So, we constructed a mattress in which one side was the Super Sleeper Ultra (super soft) while the other was the Super Sleeper Firm (extra firm). It’s a mattress we now jokingly call ‘the marriage saver’ :)

Just the other day I had a very tall gentleman come in – he wanted a double mattress because he didn’t have enough space in his bedroom for a queen but he felt the length (74”) was too short. So, we built him a Chiro Deluxe Double Extra Long mattress. This gave him the width of a double mattress (54”) but the length of a queen mattress (80”) so he could stretch out his legs and sleep comfortably without taking up as much space as a queen mattress would.

I feel so proud that we are able to make mattresses that are so unique and tailored to our customers’ needs. The fact that we make our own products in our own factory allows us to cater so perfectly to our customers, and being able to satisfy the people who keep us in business is the most gratifying experience. THIS is what I love about my job.
